Every therapist keeps their own rules
Some of the Willow Room’s therapists see clients weekly at the same time. Others work in blocks of six. Each one sets how far ahead clients can book, how much notice they need for a change, and which hours are for new clients only.
Quellow applies those rules when clients book or move a session online, so reception no longer has to check each request by hand.
Privacy by default
Reminder texts show the time and the practice name only, never the therapist or the reason for the visit.
What reception does now
The part-time receptionist spends her six recovered hours on intake calls with new clients, which the practice says has shortened its waiting time for a first session.
