new patients seen each month

Half our new patients book after the kids are in bed. We used to lose them to whoever answered the phone first the next day.

Where the new patients were going

Moorside only took bookings by phone, from 8.30am to 5pm. When the team looked at missed calls and website visits, most people looking for a first appointment were doing it in the evening.

By the next morning, many had already booked somewhere else.

A booking page that knows the rules

New-patient appointments at Moorside are 45 minutes and only run at set times each day. The Quellow booking page shows only those slots, asks the intake questions the osteopaths need, and sends a confirmation with directions and parking.

After four months

New patients seen each month rose by 18%, and 62% of first appointments are now booked outside opening hours.
